Freshly arrived to the Monterey Bay from her beloved Canadian block of ice, she decided to live a life of service to her community by inspiring others to make their health a priority. Upon moving to the Peninsula, Elizabeth decided it was time for her to launch her dream business, Monterey Bay Moves.
